The best bet would be to get it from the net. I saw an Eagle Industries M4 molle chest rig for a decent price, about 77 dollars which is really worth it for a piece of kit from Eagle Industries which make very top notch real gear (not replicas). Here are some links.

Other than that I would suggest some molle setups from e hobby asia which come ready with all pouches which is a bonus. They look nice. Ebaybanned.com has some nice CIRAS replicas but the customer service sucks. I ordered 2 pieces of kit from ebaybanned and only one arrived.
